Q: How about the quality of products?
A: Our products are international brands and the brand has been around for 23 years which is distributed to more than 15 countries, so we can assure you that the quality is up to standard.
Q: Do you have a Lingerie Shop that I can go to?
A: We are currently selling online only, we are distributors therefore we have a warehouse and show room for our retailers, so if you log in your enquiry we’ll either assist you ourselves or allocate you to the nearest retailer in your area.

A: When ordering through online shop, simply add the items you want into your shopping cart and once you’re done simply click on the checkout which will take you to your pro-forma invoice.

Q: How to pay?
A: Once you have confirmed your order on line, we will email you the order status with an order number which you will need to use as a reference no. when making payment using one of the three options below, then you’ll need to send us your proof of payment via email: info@luxy.co.za or fax: 011 4678220 Once Luxy Sensation receives your proof of payment, you will receive an email with the tracking number within 24 hours provided that its during our working hours; Mon – Friday 9am to 4pm.

About Delivery:
Q: How do you deliver goods?
A: We use a door to door courier and they only deliver during working hours, so ensure that you give a physical address that you are at during working hours Mon - Fri. The Courier charge is R50 for regional/central areas. If you are in the area you may also collect your order from our offices in Fourways, please just confirm that your order is ready when you come through to collect.
Q: How about the postage? Who pays for it?
A: If you are in a central area the courier charge is R50, however if you would like to collect the order you will not pay for the shipping charges.
Q: How long does delivery usually take? Do you deliver on weekends?
A: In-stock merchandise will take within 3-7 working days to deliver and out-of-stock merchandise, will take + - 8 weeks for delivery (if a 50% deposit is paid) We do not deliver over weekends unfortunately.
