1. We need to approve your website before you may proceed with the affiliate program.
2. We will not be held liable for any commission/credit (to your account) that is not shown on the system.
3. Banners will be provided by Luxy Sensation and the banners may not be changed, nor be created/designed by you as the affiliate customer.
4. Luxy Banners may be used for your marketing purposes, only if you have a current affiliate account with Luxy Sensation.
5. Affiliate banners can be created to your requirements as a once off request; however we cannot guarantee exclusivity for the personal banner.
6. Your affiliate account will be evaluated after six months and if there is not enough traffic from your site, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account.
7. No commission/credit will be payable to you should your customer select items from the Specials page or if the client registers as a retailer.
8. Commission rate for affiliates is 10% of the total sale.
9. Commission will be paid on the 5’th of every month as an EFT transfer.
10. Affiliate customer to provide accurate banking details. |
