Wholsale Terms & Conditions

All Customers to register on line stating the type of business ie: Shop, Wholesaler, Individual parties etc.

Order:

• When placing an order, kindly note that all our merchandise can only be ordered per pack (most items are in packs of six).
• If a Retailer or Wholesaler would like to order singular items for samples, the whole sale price will not apply and it is subject to availability.
• Once an order is faxed or emailed through, we will process the order and contact you inform of an invoice for delivery & total amount owning.
• 20% of the total amount ordered (incl of VAT) is required when ordering Non-stock items online or from the catalogue(s).
• 100% delivery of non-stock items is not guaranteed, due to the standard shipping rates (60% to 80%) from head office.

Terms of Sales:

• Merchandise will only be dispatched once payment is confirmed by our bank, (proof of payment may be faxed or emailed through to Luxy Sensation).

Delivery

• Delivery charge will be advised once we have received a quote from the courier service.
• In-Stock merchandise will take within 5 working days to deliver and
• Delivery lead time will be advised on Non-Stock Items, once order is placed & confirmed with the 20 % deposit as mentioned above.

Prices:

• We try to maintain our price and good service to our customer but due to the uncontrollable factors our prices are subject to change but the price increase will be advised a month in advance via email.
