Terms & Conditions: Returns & Delivery Policy

Terms of Sales:

• Merchandise will only be dispatched once full payment Is confirmed by our bank, (proof of payment may be faxed or emailed through to Luxy Sensation
• Once an order has been confirmed and processed, (thus to say you have signed an invoice and made payment) if you wish to cancel your order, there will be a 2.5% administration charge.
• No cash refunds.
• When placing an order or purchasing on the shopping cart, kindly note that all our merchandise is as seen on the catalogue.
• A R30 shipping cost will be charged to you once you have confirmed your order and checked out.
• When ordering through online shop there will be an order number which will be your reference no. that you’ll need to use when making payment.
• If ordering from catalogue, kindly fax your order form through to us & contact sales dept.

Delivery:

• There will be a R30 delivery charge over and above the cost of the item you purchase, once your order is confirmed and you have checked out (See your invoice).
• In-Stock merchandise will take within 3- 7 working days to deliver and Out-of-Stock merchandise a delivery lead time will be advised, once the order is placed.

Returns:

• You may only exchange for another size provided that the product you are returning has not been worn and that it is returned in its original undamaged packaging, and you will be responsible for the postage charges when returning the item(s).
• Luxy allows you to do one exchange per invoice, provided that the product you are returning has not been worn and that it is returned in its original undamaged packaging, and you will be responsible for the postage charges when returning the item(s).
• Should there be a difference in price when doing the exchange, and the item that you exchange is less than paid for then Luxy will keep the balance as a credit in your name, however should the exchange item be more then the exchange, the order will only be dispatched once we have received the outstanding amount.
• You will be liable for postage charges when returning the item, Luxy advises that the items is sent via post office counter to counter with a tracking number,
• NB! the item will only be exchanged once we have received the item that you have returned, should the parcel get lost or stolen during the return process, we cannot unfortunately exchange the item.

Purchase of gift vouchers:

• Terms & Conditions in relation to the purchase of gift vouchers and gift cards from Luxy Sensation cc.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, which is printed on the Gift Voucher.
• Minimum Gift Voucher value is R100.
• Luxy Sensation Gift Voucher on-line shop, will not accept any responsibility for vouchers that are lost, stolen or damaged.
• Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
• Luxy Sensation Gift Vouchers are valid on the Luxy Sensation online shop website only and may not be used on affiliate websites.
• Gift Vouchers are non-transferable.
• Any unused voucher amount will be credited to your Luxy Sensation online shop account.
• In the event of returning a gift voucher to The Luxy Sensation online shop for whatever reason, administration fees will apply.
• Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
• Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a lower value.Once payment of the gift voucher is verified, we will e-mail the voucher card to you; if a customer requests it to be posted directly to the recipient there will be an extra potage charge of R30.

All Gift Vouchers Orders are subject to payment approval before they are accepted as live orders.

Luxy Sensation cc and Luxy Sensation online shop, reserve the right to vary these terms & conditions and the usual trading terms and conditions apply.
